📌 1. Office Assistant
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain office supplies and organize workspaces
Assist with scheduling, filing, and documentation
Support day-to-day operations across departments
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
📌 2. Receptionist
Location:Remote
Employment Type: Part- time
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk area
Handle basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage
